Shipping Information
If you are puchasing a downloadable file such as ebooks, reports or other files, you will receive an url for the download on your order confirmation email. Likewise you can always return to your order status page (see order confirmation email) and do the download. All download files are currently in PDF format and require Adobe free software.
Geomantha offers US priority mail with a flat rate of $9.80 per order. This will apply to only orders in the US and if the total order can fit into a flat rate priority box. If the order is either too large or to heavy it will be upgraded to UPS ground.
UPS is also offered with UPS ground, 3rd day select, 2nd day air and next day.
We suggest using UPS as the contents of the package are insured, the package can be easily tracked and if there is a problem (damage in shipping or other problems) UPS is very quick to resolve any issues. These are your precious memories that are being shipped and the few extra dollars may be well worth it for the peace of mind.
